Do you want to help shape tomorrow's products and assortment in a sustainable company with its heart in the gardening and cultivation world? As a Product Manager at Miljöcenter, you will have your own area of responsibility, close collaboration with suppliers and colleagues, and a role where your engagement and drive really make a difference.

We are now looking for a Product Manager with green fingers!

This is a fixed-term position with a desired start in August 2026 until March 2027, with the possibility of extension.

What does a Product Manager do for us?

As a Product Manager at Miljöcenter, you become part of a company passionate about home and garden life, with engaged and knowledgeable colleagues. You report to Kerstin Finnman and receive a thorough introduction to the role while relatively quickly taking clear responsibility for your area.

You are responsible for your own product assortment within cultivation and plant life, actively working to drive portfolio development from idea to shelf. You are a key link between suppliers, sales, and the rest of the product organization.

The role is broad – commercial rather than technical – and requires that you understand products, retail flows, and business. Here you work without hierarchy and contribute both strategically and operationally in a tight team.

Some of your most important tasks:

Develop and monitor product assortment within cultivation and plant life
Follow retail and market trends and conduct store and customer visits
Work closely with the sales department to ensure a commercially relevant assortment
Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to the products
Lead and participate in brand and development projects
Ensure efficient product flows and logistics solutions from supplier to customer
Drive product development in close cooperation with suppliers
Administrative work such as registry maintenance and assisting with product inquiries

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a genuine commercial drive and thrive in a broad role with many contact surfaces. You don't need the longest resume – we value engagement, curiosity, and the desire to develop just as highly.

The most important thing is that you understand business and products, take responsibility for your area, and contribute to the team with a non-hierarchical attitude.

An interest in gardening and cultivation is not a requirement, but if it is something that engages you, it is a big plus.

We believe that you:

Have about 3–5 years of relevant work experience, for example in product management, purchasing, or marketing – preferably with a connection to retail or consumer products
Are self-motivated and confident in driving your own work forward
Have good analytical skills and a business-minded approach
Have post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
